        Bank? Did it. Police? Oh, heck yeah! Do not know how to recover funds from bank...$28,000.00...I have NO money left to hire attorney...

        bonnielynn you don't need money to hire a lawyer, there are PRO BONO lawyers that work for free. Also, if you tell them what has happened, they might offer to work for you for a reduced fee or even free. Check around and see. Good luck.
