Yes i do this, but the same ones still keep coming back everyday. I've even blocked them. But there back again.
It takes 2 to 3 weeks to be removed from the list. As long as they are going to your spam folder, there shouldn't be an issue. If they are not going to your spam folder, mark them as spam.
