If making a straight cut, use a hacksaw. If cutting a curve a fine blade in a coping saw should work. If using electric tools a scroll saw is probably the answer, but use a fine blade.

Hope Koparo does not chop a finger, but your suggestion is accurate.
I should have said don't press too hard or push quickly if using a scroll saw otherwise the friction will cause the plastic to melt and stick to the blade.
