simple you need a screw jack or floor jack under the axle to relive the pressure on the shock also some safety blocking under the axle.,make sure the wheels are also blocked so the car can't move. crawl under and remove the two bolts holding the shock one shock at a time. make sure you have the correct replacement shocks . align the bolt holes with the jack and install the new shock . front shocks are similar idea.think about safety first and replace the bolts if they look corroded with quality replacements. .
