on kenmore dishwasher model 665-1570991 plastic clips on the ends of the upper rails prevent removal of the upper basket but i'm not able to remove these clips so i can remove the upper basket. How can these upper clips be removed so that i can remove the end piece of plastic at the end of the rails?

I notice in my Add/Remove listings : microsoft.net framework 4 client profile. I have never used it. What is it and is it safe to remove from the listing?I'm running Windows 7
