That depends on what you want a dog for ! Like a person each dog is unique a mixed breed can have the most loving personality.A pure breed often needs more work, a big dogs life span is shorter ,ask yourself are you ready to love a dog as much as he will love you ? that whats really important.They are a commitment .Please don't get a dog and think its just an animal.It would give its life for you if you show them love.
