One Quick way to upload an image from a document is make a new image. Bring your document online with the image showing. Hold down the Ctrl key and tap the Prt Scr key. Launch the paint program and once it has loaded, again hold down the Ctrl key and tap the letter 'V". An image of your screen will show up. Using the crop function, just crop the area of the image you wish to save and using the 'save as' save it as a .jpg or .gif if you wish to keep it as an picture...otherwise it defaults to a paint program extension.
