WHAT DO I DO MY NEIGHBOR HAS BEEN GONE ALL WEEK END AND STILL GONE THEY LEFT THEIR DOG AT THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE FENCED IN NO FOOD I HAVE BEEN FEEDING HIM ALL WEEKEND HES SO SKINNY
