How do you print only a selected area on an excel work sheet

Hi,

Since you use your MS Office 7 or 10, just follow these simple steps:

1- select your cells that you want to print.

2- go to Page layout tap.

3- find Print Area and then push it.

4- you can choose now: Set Print Area.

Your page setup now has been changed exactly to this new selected cells only, that you want to print.
