please try telling your parents that you can't stand to hear them fighting day and night, and that it makes you want to run away. If that doesnt help, talk to a grandparent, aunt, uncle, some other adult you are close to, and ask for help. If anyone hurts YOU personally or one of your brothers or sisters, call 911.
fill your coffee pot with vinegar and run it through as you were making a pot of coffee. Without the coffee grounds of course. Follow that with a plain water potful, and that should help.
