can mcdonald's be sued for not providing food that they charge for in the drive through maybe a class action?

The reason I said maybe a class action is because this is a very common problem with alot of people. Also this is not a one time thing it happens all the time.  I have talked to the manager about it and they claimed they would talk to thier staff about it and it hapened the next day again.  I do not want money I want them to be forced to fix the problem and if the only way to do that is to cost them money then that is what I think has to be done.
