I am very frustrated. I have paid for tech service with yahoo and they are asking for more money with now change ot answers to my questions. I need to get into my old account and my new one and can not get into the one that I created. Paulette Otten

I need to get into my account. Why would I have to pay again when I have not gotten my questions answered???I just want to get back into my account. I have had this account for 8 years with no problems. What is the problem?????
