I am very frustrated. I have paid for tech service with yahoo and they are asking for more money with now change ot answers to my questions. I need to get into my old account and my new one and can not get into the one that I created. Paulette Otten

We can not help you. We are not tech support. I think you got scammed. Yahoo does not charge for tech support. You need to go here to get help from Yahoo. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/ymail/
