Most of the larger US Banks will exchange foreign money to US money. Chase Manhattan ect. However most will charge a considerable amount to do the exchange and these exchange rates will vary depending upon the current market. A good place to begin to look for locations to exchange your money would be with American Express. You can contact their customer service at 1-800-528-4800

I would contact the Mobile Phones Service Provider especially if you are trying to track it through the IMEI. If it has GPS on it then they will be able to give you the phones location. Be aware that most providers have very strict security in place so be prepared to go through a lot of red tape. If the phone has GPS and you want to search for it yourself try http://www.livephonetracking.com/cell-phone-gps-tracking.html
There are a ton of reasons why a computer wont recognize a disk. If you DVD/ROM player is working with other disks the try putting the disk in another compter and see if it works. Now I run windows 7 on my PC and Lexmark wont work so the operating system that you are using may be a problem. The easiest way to get around the disk, if it's bad, is to go to the manufacturers website and look for drivers and downloads. Odds are you will find and download the install program that works with your printer. Hope this helps
