sticky key is used so you dont have to push multiple keys at the same time   example: control, alt and delete buttons all at once, with sticky keys you can push first the control, then let off control key, then  press alt key and let go then you can press the delete key and let go and  it will do the same thing as pushing all 3 keys at once

if you are trying to create one then go to start menu control panel and then to user accounts. there you should have option to create password once ou click on your user account

i don't know what kind of laptop you have and i'm not a computer expert, but try going to Start menu then to your control panel. Then go into network and internet connections. after you get in there click on network connections. then you should have options. i have on mine a lan or high speed internet connection, a wireless network connection and a bluetooth connection. i right click on the wireless network connections and make sure it is enabled. then click on view avaliable wireless networks. and choose which one you want to get on. hope this helped. sorry if it didn't
