A friend is somebody who likes to listen, understand, accept and tolerate the unpredictable nature that is in all of us. I would say respect is key as well.

Well my my, "first" the chicken came into existence, from a transport from a distant planet many galaxies away. In fact, many of the species on Earth have been dumped here by visitors that are way ahead of us. Humans have been genetically altered at least 62 times since the first aliens dumped us on this prison planet. The egg came second. "witch" is really spelled "which". O.K.?

Every State is different with their laws as to tenents rights. I suggest you call the Atorney Generals Office in your county. Or talk to your State Division on Human Rights. In general, if you have paid your rent on time and are not in arrears, and you pay monthly, he has to give you two months notice, that's common. But he/she needs a good reason to be evicitng you. In New York State and the county I live in they can evict you within 3 days if you haven't paid your rent in over a month. You have the right to sue and take the issue to court to be decided by a judge. Good Luck!

If it is fdic insured the new rate is $250,000.00 USD. I am not sure about England.

You need to be more specific. Are you going through a commercial bank or a credit union? What is your credit score? How long do you want the loan for, in other words, how long before you payback principle? Do you want a mortgage for a house? Do you want the loan secured or unsecured? Conservatively speaking, say you have good credit rating and the loan is unsecured and it is a mortgage. You could get an interest rate of 3.6% if you shop around. The monthly payment for interest only would be $510.00 a month. Then you would need to add aditional monies to meet the pay back of the principle, which would be stipulated in your loan agreement.

To make serious money you need money. So first try saving. Take a good look at expenses and cut, cut, cut-back. Down-size, once you have $500 invest in penny stocks. There is alot of help on the internet when it comes to advice in picking penny stocks. The whole racket is 99% psychology and trends and 1 % technicals. I took $550 in November of 2010 and now I sit on $148,360.00. I don't own a car, I take the bus and rent cars for travel. I rent a small apartment with my cat and don't own a house. When I reach 1 million that's when I will "step-up" in life and live off the interest in a conservative investing atmosphere. I also put my profits in platnauim and silver. Took a beating recently, but I am still ahead. The dollar will eventually become worthless, that's why you should put your profits from penny stocks into commodities, they will rise again.
