I am turning 65 in January, UGH!!! and I would like to know when I need to sign up for Social Security, I am still employeed full time and don't plan on retiring any time soon.

In the state of Alaska if a husband makes out a will and leaves the house to the wife and her name is not on the house will she have any problem claiming the house?

Yes it is all legal but I don't want to have something happen and I don't have anyplace to live. He has four children and he disinherited them all in the will and my two also. It was notorized with two witnessed by two of my grandchildren I was not even there. Just want to know if I should get an attorney and find out, I don't want to wait until I am grief stricken to make any important decisions.
