No, the estate will go through probate where your husband's name will be removed and the wife's name added.

Even if the will was done on line and notorized and not by a lawyer. Where would I find this information.
You do not have to have a lawyer. As long as it was notarized in person with the husband present and there were reliable witnesses. You seem worried. Was all this legal?
