In your mind get rid of any (triggers) memories,feelings,photos etc ANYTHING that reminds or makes you think of them,control the emotions but distracting yourself with something else. Then replace his face/name etc with someone new.It takes a while but you have to train your mind!

does a digital box override digital tv built into a tv

No it dosnt as both are seperate/isolated units! The box channels are all retuned/aollocated to 1-Recieve channel on the Tv, the Tv channels have to all be seperately/individulay tuned to 1-per channel. Hope that helps
