            You can never forget someone you fell in love with, but it should not stop you from finding happiness. if losing someone makes you sad, you are normal and embracing normality is the best way to move towards joy.. even if the process takes some time. Dont fret... warm yourself with better memories and make inroads into a better future. One day he may just turn up again, and its much nicer to greet someone with a smile.

              It took me a year and a half to get over someoe I lived once. I eventually stopped thinkion about him. Or perhaps, he might come back. YOu could write him and tell him and see what he says.

                In your mind get rid of any (triggers) memories,feelings,photos etc ANYTHING that reminds or makes you think of them,control the emotions but distracting yourself with something else. Then replace his face/name etc with someone new.It takes a while but you have to train your mind!
