Don't stay out in the sun for long periods of time. Aloe will relief sunburn pain, but nothing gets rid of it, except time.

Psoriasis is a auto immune disorder. It is caused by the skin growing back to fast. Where it would take someone who does not have it, 7 days for their skin to grow back, someone who has psoriasis their skin grows back every 2-3 days.

Haven't seen any in Southern California, but wash all bed linens in very hot water vacuum everything extremely well, and wash everything with a warm water bleach solution.
