how to get the courts to review divorce decree and amend an order made pursant to the decree. Order that doesn't comply with decree.

If you were represented at the hearing go talk to your attorney.
If you let the disolution or divorce go by default you should hire an attorny to move for a modification of the decree based on error, changed circumstances or whatever else can be dreamed up.
