i purchased a tv from best buy and they sold me a damage tv i did not reliaze it until i open the box tv is $2812.00 and i take it back theydo not help me can u guys help me please or guide me what to do.

Check with a lawyer to see where you stand. I am not a lawyer but as I see it I woould call corporate and talk to somebody and if they do not help just let them know you will be making contact with a lawyer.
