Yes you should be very concerned! Any Mother should know the answer to that question! Their could be several different things going on with her. You need to take her to a Eyes, Ears, and Nose Doctor. I had a problem some what like your Daughter's, and I am sure glad I did. The Doctor said i came just in time before my problem got any worst.
