in the state of ca, if you have ever had to have a pubic defender represent you in court,theres a paper u sign in court which explains how a public defender will fairly represent you,etc etc and if u feel uve been misrepresented,etc etc etc. exactly how do u prove uve been misrepresented to a judge?misrepresentation
