I have the same thing right here and am looking them up. There is NO information on them online. Also, I notice that they don't have a phone number -- bad sign. And the letter begins with "I am the  Chief Dispatch Officer"....um, and your name is? To me its a little suspicious that they don't include any names. No contact info, no identification, no information on who they or how anyone has won this money. They don't even bother to set up a website, wow. Would you like to include some major typos in your letter while you're at it? Not to be cynical, but if you're gonna be a scam artist, at least do it right.
