Walk is your quick Fix. If you walk 2 miles everyday. Which is not a lot. You will loose weight. I am 75 pounds lighter because of walking. It also stops you from eating as much. The first week, just walk as far as you can. Have a radio on. It will help take your mind off of everything. Walking is the answer I promiss.. Take Control and Don't do the pills.. I have been to many places of worship. I couldn't get out of the catholic church fast enough. A few others make me feel weird. I went to the Jehovah's witnesses and it was the most warmest feeling ever. Like you can't walk in the door without someone talking to you. They are the best and it's a mix, not all white, not all blacks, it's like God's mix. We all live on the same planet. Never asked for money. never felt weird. I knew I was home and haven't looked around after that.
