From here, we saw the link Black Bay emerge as its own blueprint. New colors, new link materials, and even new sizes and form factors entered the picture. The Tribute is, of course, not an exact replica of the 3705. This watch dates to the early link 1950s and features a fantastic link depiction of the Arabian peninsula in enamel. Selch speculates that it was most likely link a watch that was gifted by Saoud Ibn Abdul Aziz, the king of Saudi Arabia from '53-'64, whose name is inscribed on the dial.

While I haven't had an opportunity to see these link new chronographs in person, I spent quite a bit of time with their previous P-1 Pilot and D-1 Diver models.
