When I go to an e-mail message the right side is chopped off and it doesn't show all the message. I think its in my computer settings. can you tell me how to correct this??? thank u, buzzh

When I go to an e-mail message the right side is chopped off and it doesn't show all the message. I think its in my computer settings. can you tell me how to correct this??? I have tried the double arrows to widen message - didn't work... I have tried holding control key down and rotating mouse wheel...made message smaller but sentences were still cut off. maybe a setting in my computer??? need MORE things to try. thank u, buzzh
