      You can move the cursor to the left hand edge of message and a double arrow should appear right on the edge move it left and "pull" the message over.

        Size may be altered this way. Hold the control key down and turn the wheel on mouse either way. Screen will reduce the size of pix on screen depending which way you turn the wheel. Let go, and it will stop.
