Suddenly I’m not allowed to answer questions, there is no box to do so. Have I been suspended or something?

Clearing browser's cache must resolve this problem
How to clear the cache?
For Mozilla Firefox, Chrome and IE browsers use Ctrl+Shift+Delete buttons on your keyboard
Safari: Ctrl+Alt+E
In opened window check 'Cache' checkbox or something simillar and click button in the buttom (something like Clear now or Clear browsing data).
Then restart your browser.
Voila! Now you able to answer the questions (I hope).
