Suddenly I’m not allowed to answer questions, there is no box to do so. Have I been suspended or something?

That happened to me today also. I had an answer box that was all blue and I could not click on it. Very shortly afterwards, maybe 10 minutes, it became white again but has a slightly different look. It does work now, so I assume that the site is being worked on. YOU ARE NOT SUSPENDED!

Julie, which browser do you use and does refreshing the page get the answer box working for you?

Uh, which ever AT&T provides and refreshing doesn’t help. I’ll just bide my time. I can thank people and vote them up so all is not lost……...

You are probably using Internet Explorer. Thanks. I'll let the guys know. They thought they had resolved the issue on IE at least.

Thanks for sharing that Ducky. Then perhaps she's not using IE. Can you paste copied text into the new answer box?

No Julie, it is an issue with the app. Many are having trouble posting in the answer box. Nomdeplume and Wonderer left me messages this morning that their answer box is blued out now. I have sent the link to this thread to the development team and the admin so they can see who is having issues and hopefully which browser they use.

Works OK for me on Explorer, but not on Firefox which I prefer.

I use IE . I works fine for here, but cannot get back on FB.And sometimes message boxes come up that say " your browser is too old to open this ap " So IE should upgrade.

The admin are aware of the issue. The development team has been working at it for days now trying to resolve the problem. They added a new answer box but it seems the issue may not be with the box but with the program itself. Some poeple can use the answer box if they refresh the page when the box is blued out. This new answer box has it's own issues though as I'm finding out. Right click and paste for text can not be done and there is no spell check. I was going to post about the answer box issue because I know many people are experiencing not being able to post to the add new answer box. I was hoping the development team would have the issue resolved by now but it seems that it's getting worse instead of better. Anyone who reads this, please post which web browser you use and if the answer box is always blue or if it's only sometimes.

Web browser = IE, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.

Yes, it was added early this morning. I sent an e-mail to them concerning the issues with the new box.

Try "Contact" and perhaps you'll hear from them sooner. Don't know what else to suggest. :(

Googlechrome. The blue answer box came up a couple of times for me, too. I don't care for the new answer box. If I "enter" and start a new sentence, I have to add the "bold" and "italic" featues I use in my answers.
I'm (see what I mean) also having trouble copying a graphic.
