i'm an add adult. i didn't get a diagnosis until i was 50! i had terrible problems with sleep. i couldn't keep regular hours -- not at all!
it is difficult for a psychiatrist to diagnose add. many doctors just think the child is quiet, shy, and disorganized. there is so much more to it.
