    How do I delete Internet browser's cookies and cache

    My email format changed and I cannot access "links" contained in emails.  I was told to delete browser cookies and cache.  I have no clue plus I have no idea what browser addons or plugins even are and I am supposed to disable them.  I need some serious help!
