    4. I used Dreamweaver to build a website and it always justifies to the left leaving blank space to the right if the screen is smaller than the page. Can I centre the whole page in the screen or do I just make a large empty field on the right side.

      If you don't have a guide that came with the software, then contact www.adobe.com/dreamweaver.
