    How do I get a refund back from Norton's?

    I had trial version in new comp. down to 1 day have to subscribe I did and the next day they had stopped it from working. paid $54.99 on line. Can find no way to get to them.

      My dad had the same problem. He went online to Norton website and emailed trhem with the dedtails. They refunded him and re-activated the product for free.
