    Yes you most certainly may die if you do not take your medicine, whether they are pills or injections. Almost everything you eat turns to sugar that goes into the bloodstream.


    If your blood sugar gets to high your brain sends a signal to your kidneys to flush out the extra sugar. They need extra fluid to do that and then from a sign send to your liver turns fat into water and nasty by-products.


    It keeps you peeing all day:loose weight loose eye sight and can lead to kidney failure or a coma.
    And finally death.
