what you do is get you a truck or van, get cleaning supplies, broom, mops, old rags etc. get lawn equipment, lawn mower, rake,weed eater, snow shovel,blower for snow or leaves. if necessary get your family in on the project and start your own handyman service. shouldnt cost much to get started. most of those items are probably on hand. be sure and do good job. word of mouth is an excellent way to advertise. post signs too. coulndt hurt!

credit, credit, credit...cards, family, friends, then make a business plan and find a person or company who sees the BENEFITS your company/business model will provide and more importantly what you will profit and give up to 40% ownership for the capital.
