Go to the White Mountains and hike your hearts out, visit a few of the Scenic Vistas (there are many), swim in a clean mountain stream, be prepared they are COLD. The lakes are endless and very inviting when the temperatures rise. The beaches are our small coast are wonderful too, especially the ones that the State operates which are clean and have showers to enjoy after all the sun and salt of the ocean. Get yourself a State map and see all the things to do listed on it. Enjoy.
