    Can I do a last will and testament my self and just have it notarized to have it become a legal document?

    I'm not sure if self wills depend on the state you live in but as far as I know, yes, you can make out your own will. You will still need witnesses when you sign so bring friends with you to have it notarized (I'm not even fully sure it needs to be notarized but I guess it couldn't hurt).
