      Please don't do anything to kill them or maim them , or make them sick. Just get an exterminator that live traps them and takes them way out in the country, or to a preserve. Like on the show ---''Billy, the Exterminator ''

        I am with a wild life group in Australia. I don't know if Opossums are the same as Possums here in Australia. The Possums in Australia cannot be relocated as they will die.

            Moth Ball and or ammonia. I had a family of opossum living in my wood pile under my pool dock. I started scattering moth balls and pouring ammonia around the area and in a very short time they packed up and left.

              Thanks, but county won't do it for free anymore. They outsource it toa third party who charges $189.
