    Just go buy you a new printer! Only if you tried everything possible to see if it's still working. Cancel all print jobs and shut it down, then restart. If that fails you may need to buy one.

        Hard to say from here, try plugging it in, turning it on, choosing it on the printer list, installing the software or reinstalling it. Restarting the computer. Other than that your on your own.
