If you are talking about bottles that have be removed from a long time in the dirt I suggest you soak them in warm water until some of the dirt comes off. You can then put them in a pan with dish detergent and a bleach (like Clorox) and wait a while.
There are bottle brushes, like the ones you use for baby bottles that may fit down inside the ones you have. If the opening is small you may want to try putting some soda and vinegar in the bottle to let it fizz some of the dirt away. Also you can use denture cleaner
Do not mix the bleach with anything other than soap.
