I understand. The people that do that are tring their best but they don't understand. There are times in life that we need to grieve for whatever reason. It makes people feel better if you smile but that is their problem, not yours. If you are very unhappy about somethig I suggest you get to a quiet space and find a true friend to talk with.
Remember, this too shall pass.
Been there more than once.
