Spelling would be a good start, just kidding with you. If you haven't ever heard of a very good book by Steven J. Covey it's used by many fortune five hundred companies, I had to read it as a manager for a world wide company when I was a manager. I highly recommend it. The title is,"The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People," and it will change the way you manage your time. Hope this helps...
