        if you know what time of the day they are doing this take the batery out or tell there Moms or go and speak to them with another person do not do this on your own and ask them why they are doing this if you try and become frendly with them rather than hostile you will get more respect from these little hooligans good luck

            Threaten them with the police,and let their parents know of their annoying pranks,see if other neighbours are a victim also.Don't be a target for their entertainment.
