    i need to know if im going to need a smog check test for my car

    because i didnt recieve the envelope you guys send for renew my plate

      You will need a smog check if it's required in the state you are registered in. Since we do not know what state you live in, we can't answer this. As Mmouse said, check with your local DMV. They are the ones who issue the notice when your smog test is due again.
