Strawberry Smoothie/active day or an afternoon pick-me-up
1/2 c 100% orange juice
1 lg banana
1 c fresh or frozen strawberries, thawed
1 c lowfat vanilla yogurt
5 ice cubes
1. Combine orange juice, banana, and 1/2 cup strawberries into a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Add yogurt, remaining strawberries, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
makes 3 servings/1 cup per serving
