PEOPLELOVER
When your Tom Tom frezzes press the on off button and hold until the unit switches on and hold pressed until you hear the "tom tom " music, Continue to hold the button down for a further 20-30 seconds and release.
This should reset the unit. I have a Tom Tom XL30 and as they say "Works for me "
