              Every time on my Sleep Number Bed. The only problem is I sleep so sound, I wake up in the same position I went to sleep and am stiff until I get up and move around.

                I sleep pretty well all the time. I have a glass of warm milk and a banana it works really well. But best of all is go to bed with a clear mind.
